You'll need to be more specific to get proper results.

Firstly, are they all gold? You can pretty much merch them if they aren't.

First Chaos Axe: Is it inscribable? If not, it's missing an inherent slot so merch it.

Second Chaos Axe: I'd merch due to crap inherent (assuming it's not inscribable), though perhaps someone would pay a little for it being Q9 (doubt it though).

Third Chaos Axe: White, I presume? Merch if so.

Cleaver: What's the condition on the Damage +14%? It should be something like Damage +14% (while in stance) or Damage +14% (while health is above 50%). There may also be a separate negative condition like armor -10 (while attacking). That said, Q13 = trash.
